BBQ Cook-off Rules


  • Arrive as early as 7:30am

  • BBQ teams: Bring a minimum of 5 racks

  • Meat will be checked prior to cooking

  • Meat cannot be pre-seasoned

  • Meat must be in original packaging

  • Small Bites entries must be prepared on site

  • The Cook-off judging criteria will be in three categories:Appearance; Taste; & Texture.

  • Judging will take place between 12- 12:30pm.
